Private Client Consultancy (PCC) operates a robust Conflicts of Interest Policy (“The Policy”) and adds disclosures in accordance with various legal and regulatory requirements. The Policy is subject to change from time to time and may change without notice. Keep checking this website in order to be aware of any changes to The Policy.
The Policy includes the following disclosures:
- Any personal interest of officers/directors in securities recommended by PCC.
- Details regarding any directorships or other material relationships of officers/directors of PCC with companies and investments PCC may recommend.
The following policies are strictly prohibited and apply to all PCC personnel:
- All personnel are prohibited from handling client monies.
- Financial advisory staff are prohibited from managing client accounts on a discretionary basis.
Currently and in accordance with The Policy, Private Client Consultancy has no conflicts to disclose. Speak to your adviser for further information.
Private Client Consultancy (a trading name of Efficient Frontiers SL) acts as an Introducer to AQA Capital Ltd. Mr. Andrew Oliver, who forms part of the PCC Group, acts as Investment Committee Member with AQA Capital. In his role as Investment Committee member with AQA Capital, Mr. Oliver is involved in portfolio management function. AQA Capital is authorised and regulated by the Maltese Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) with registration number C 70143. AQA is authorised as a UCITS and AIF management company and also provides additional services including discretionary portfolio management and investment advisory services (commonly referred to as “MIFID services”). AQA Capital is authorised to provide services across the EU countries via the EU passport, as well as to client’s resident in other non-EU jurisdictions.
